Jatt and Juliet was in news last year for all the right reasons and one of the biggest one was the talks of remaking the film in Bollywood. Himesh Reshammiya had purchased the re-make rights of the film for a whopping 3.5 Crores and Akshay Kumar was said to be playing the lead.
Also recently, Neeru Bajwa was seen as the potential lead actress in the remake but all this has been put down as rumors. However, the latest news is that Salman Khan will be co-producing the film and the Hindi remake will star a newcomer in the lead role.
Official confirmation of the news is awaited.
